There is only a row of buttons and nothing else on the movie page.
This error is usually due to problems with a personal firewall. There is only sound and no picture.This can occur due to two reasons:There is no movie but only a series of still photos.An error as such is a sign that your processor does not have enough power to run the quality you have chosen. If you experience this with an ADSL/cable quality please try modem quality and see if this does not work. Please be aware if any other programs are using bandwidth The movie keeps stopping and Media Player states: "Buffering"If the above problem occurs your Internet connection is not powerful enough to show the movie quality you have selected. If you experience this with an ADSL/cable quality please try modem quality and see if this does not work.What is the relation between Internet bandwith and the quality of the moviePictures contain the message of a thousand words, and use bandwidth accordingly. Live cast takes up even more bandwidth. In order for a movie to run smooth it is necessary to transmit minimum 25 picture frames per second. To meet this requirement pictures are compressed to take up less space/bandwidth. he slower ones Internet connection the more pictures need be compressed, hence the lower the quality.To achieve a reasonable quality on all bandwidth the pictures are compressed differently to match different bandwidths. Our movies are presently decoded in to two groups matching our selection of formats namely: ISDN and ADSL/cable. The modem edition contains 2 different compressions. The ADSL edition contains 4 different compressions. Hence, you achieve better quality the better ADSL connection or modem connection you have. In order to attain maximum quality with ISDN, you must set you ISDN modem to use both lines while viewing movies. Note you pay double traffic fee with this setting using double bandwidth (one time fee for each line). Media Player stated: "closed" when I wanted to view the movie and now I cannot get to watch it.It might occur that Media Player disconnects, if one ex. changes the size of the movie screen while watching.If this problem has occurred to you watching a movie via pay per view please contact customer support. In your contact please include your order number. The system keeps stating that I have watched the movie and do not have any more viewings even though I have not seen the movie.This error only occurs if you watch movies as "pay per view".The system registers the movie as view once initiated/opened. If you try to reload the movie window (ex. by clicking up-date/F5), the system registers the reload as second viewing and will therefore refuse another viewing. If this has happened to you, and you did not view the movie, please contact customer support; I have a membership, which did work, but now the system shows a payment form each time I want to view a movie..Please make sure:You have the possibility to get a status on the membership info page.
